The meeting was called to order by the vice-president. The following members were present:

Rev. Green, Mr. Lane, Mr. Livingston, Mrs. Smith, Ms. Sykes, Mrs. Thompson and Mr. Williams.

The minutes and financial reports were approved as presented.

A motion was made by Mr. Livingston and seconded by Rev. Green to install a Cricket to achieve proper slope to drain and seal penetrations over room 106 at Lakeside High School for $7,600. Also, fabricate and install new metal base flashing on back of HVAC unit to stabilize rusted metal area, seal with CRR BG sealant using a 3 course application with Tuff Stuff. Also, clean and reseal base flashing around other HVAC unit on the Lakeside High School Vocation shop for $2,400. The motion carried.

The superintendent discussed the field house/warehouse restroom additions, Standards of Accreditation report, Lakeside Middle School students participated in the Arkansas Celebrates America’s 250 State Ornament Project; Arkansas Activities Association Impact report; 72 nd ASBA Annual Conference (December 9 th -12 th , 2025) and reservations to attend COSSBA National Conference (March 12-15, 2026 in Louisville, Kentucky).

The president requested that the board go into executive session for the purpose of employment, promotion, discipline or resignation of personnel. After the discussion, the public was allowed to return. 

A motion was made by Mr. Livingston and seconded by Rev. Green to accept the resignation of Veronica George. The motion carried.

There being no further discussion, the meeting adjourned at 6:15 p.m.
