MINUTES

The meeting was called to order by the vice-president. The following members were present: Mr. Lane, Mrs. Smith, Ms. Sykes, Mrs. Thompson and Mr. Williams. Rev. Green was absent.

The July 13, 2026 minutes and financial reports were approved as presented.

The superintendent discussed the Assessment Correction Engine Letter from the Arkansas Department of Education, District School Bus Schedule, Zone 3 school board vacancy, APSRC school board training dates (9/17 and 10/13 – Southeast Co-op Monticello) and COSSBA National School Board Conference dates (March 12-14, 2027- Dallas, TX). There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 5:50 P.M.
